OUR HISTORY
Anh Tran and her daughter Amie Phan are dedicated individuals with a shared love for craftsmanship and creativity. Together, they embarked on a journey to establish a business that would not only provide exceptional alteration services but also create memorable experiences for their customers.
Amie, a graduate of Arizona State University believed clothing can be worn beautifully on every body type and the service itself does not have to break the wallet or take multiple weeks to be delivered. Inspired by her mother's talent and expertise, she uprooted the business from Dallas, TX and took a gamble on the Phoenix Metro area.
In 2010, The concept of 30 Minute Alterations was born and the first location opened at 930 W Broadway Rd in Tempe, AZ. (Less than three miles from her Alma Mater, Arizona State University.) After 13 years in business, 30 Minute Alterations had serviced over 16,000 customers totaling three locations. Due to the events of 2020 (Covid pandemic) along with commercial rental increases and high inflation, the company was forced to close the Tempe and Scottsdale locations.
